Bite Night Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers Bite Night, a single-player zombie action game for Android TV published by AppteraApps on Google Play. It explains what happens to your information when you play.

Information we collect

None. Bite Night does not ask for, collect or store any personal information, including:

• your name, email address or any account details (there is no sign-in);
• location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data;
• device identifiers, advertising IDs or usage analytics.

Data stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following only on your device:

• settings such as difficulty, volume and control bindings;
• game progress, unlocks, achievements, best scores and in-game DNA.

This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your TV's settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Permissions and network access

Bite Night requests no special Android permissions and does not use the internet. It makes no network connections while you play.

Third parties, ads and purchases

The game contains no advertising, analytics or tracking services, and no third-party software development kits that collect data. It has no in-app purchases.

When you download the app, Google Play processes your purchase and account information under Google's Privacy Policy. AppteraApps does not receive your payment details.

Children's privacy

Because Bite Night collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Security

With no data collected or transmitted, there is nothing of yours held on our servers. Saved progress on your device is protected by Android's standard app storage.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how information is handled, this page will be updated with a new effective date before that version is released.
